Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all clients who submit collection requests, use platform tools, or establish partnerships through our platform, including individuals and legal entities.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our platform services.

Bingheng Credit Education provides international debt recovery services, including but not limited to debtor location, communication and negotiation, legal consultation, and fund recovery.

Our service scope covers cross-border debt recovery between China and the United States, primarily in three areas: student housing, e-commerce platforms, and B2B trade.

We commit to conducting business within legal frameworks, ensuring all collection activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

We operate on a success-based fee model, following the principle of "No Recovery, No Fee".

Service fees are charged as a percentage of the recovered amount, with specific rates determined by debt amount and case complexity.

Additional expenses borne by clients include but are not limited to legal litigation fees, third-party investigation fees, and international transfer fees.

All fee standards will be clearly communicated to clients before signing the service agreement.

Clients must provide truthful and complete debt information and relevant evidence materials.

Bingheng Credit Education reserves the right to request supplementary documents and information from clients.

We commit to maintaining strict confidentiality of client information and providing regular case progress updates.

Clients must cooperate with our investigation and collection efforts, including providing necessary authorization documents.

Bingheng Credit Education is not liable for collection failures due to debtor disappearance, bankruptcy, or other force majeure events.

We do not guarantee specific recovery timeframes or amounts; all estimates are for reference only.

We assume no liability for losses resulting from false information provided by clients.

We strictly comply with China's Personal Information Protection Law and the US Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Client information is used solely for debt recovery purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties without authorization.

Clients may terminate services at any time with written notice, but fees already incurred must still be paid.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate services if clients provide false information or engage in illegal activities.

Confidentiality obligations remain in effect after service termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

In case of disputes, both parties should first attempt to resolve them through friendly negotiation.

If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court in Bingheng Credit Education's location.
